Candidate must have an Associate Degree in Nursing, Ohio RN license, CPR, and at least 3 years of healthcare experience, with a plan to obtain a BSN within five years.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• Commitment to obtaining a BSN within five years of hire.
• RN license in State of Ohio required.
• CPR certification required.
• 3 years of healthcare experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient care during the work period in collaboration with unit leadership.
• Distribute work to optimize use of personnel and materials while considering staff abilities.
• Ensure patient safety and participate in safety initiatives and de-escalation as needed.
• Monitor patient outcomes and provide information for employee evaluations as appropriate.
