Spokane Urology PS is seeking a Clinical Supervisor, Medical Assistant to lead clinic staff and coordinate patient flow in a busy urology practice. You will work with physicians, APPs, and front desk teams to ensure efficient, high-quality care during clinic hours.

The role requires MA certification, 2+ years of clinical experience (urology preferred), and strong communication and organizational skills to support patient outcomes and staff training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant program graduate.
• Some college courses and/or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Medical Assistant Certification required.

Responsabilités

• Serves as a clinical leader, supervising clinic staff.
• Collaborates with administrative staff and physicians to optimize efficiency of services.
• Assists in supervision and performance reviews of clinic staff.
• Implements programs to improve patient outcomes and participates in quality improvement activities.
• Organizes training for back-office staff and volunteers on health education, lab, and dispensary services.
• Assists with patient intake, visits, referrals, and chart reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Supports scheduling problem solving and reduces patient wait times while maintaining quality.
• Participates in new hire interviews and orientation of new staff.
• Provides back-up support for the clinical team and oversees dispensary logs and inventory.
