Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Therapist in Pittsburgh, PA. You will lead clinical care for children/adolescents, providing individual, family, and group therapy within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social work or related field, 3–5 years of mental health experience, and licensure. Travel 1–2 days per week and adherence to background checks are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field; three to five years of mental health/counseling experience.
• Licensed professional with preferred experience in Managed Care Organizations.
• Competency in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
• Ability to travel 1–2 days per week with reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of background checks and any pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver individual, family, and group therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide clinical care oversight for a caseload of children/adolescents.
• Conduct initial assessments and psychosocial updates for patients as assigned.
• Facilitate treatment conferences and trauma-informed interventions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and classroom teams on treatment planning and goals.
• Participate in crisis prevention/intervention and maintain professional boundaries.
