Job summary

Biorce, a Healthtech company, seeks a Clinical Lead to guide the Scientific function from our Austin or Barcelona hubs, reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer and mentoring a team of clinical specialists.

You will shape how Aika is validated, communicated, and delivered to the market, lead a vertical across Products, Scientific Solutions, and Scientific Communications, and partner with senior stakeholders to set strategy and ensure scientific rigor throughout the business.

Qualifications

• Must hold an advanced clinical or scientific degree.
• 6+ years of experience in clinical development or related field.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and scientific communication.
• Experience in health tech or AI-driven platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a vertical within the Scientific function and drive quality and outcomes.
• Mentor and grow a team of Clinical Specialists.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial leadership to shape strategy.
• Represent Biorce externally with clients and at industry forums.
• Drive high-impact outputs to strengthen credibility and client success.
• Stay updated on regulatory and scientific developments.
