Job summary

Avery's House in Mesa, AZ seeks a Clinical Lead to oversee the clinical team delivering treatment to adolescents. You will assess treatment delivery, align with policies, and model professional conduct while guiding staff in care coordination and client progress.

The role requires licensure in AZ, 3+ years of relevant experience, and active fingerprint clearance, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and state licensure required.
• Active AZBBHE registration.
• Must be 21 years of age, fingerprint clearance.
• Minimum 3 years in residential/outpatient mental health settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group sessions.
• Provide leadership and management in the clinical area, serving as a role model.
• Maintain healthy therapeutic relationships with staff and clients.
• Conduct weekly case conferences with the team.
• Coordinate assignment, reassignment, and termination of cases.
• Ensure quality of clinical services is maintained.
• Supervise clinicians and conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Provide consultation and support to staff; debrief on difficult situations.
• Review incident reports and implement improvements.
• Coordinate care to include case review and client progress.

Education

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, addictions, or related field

AZ licensure: LAC/LPC/LMSW/LCSW/LASAC/LISAC
