Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Clinical Lead to support a growing client in the clinical research industry in the United States. The Clinical Lead role is fully remote and ideal for an experienced clinical research professional with extensive CRA leadership experience and advanced monitoring expertise.

This position involves coaching teams, managing multiple studies and sites, and delivering high-quality study updates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field.
• 8+ years clinical research experience with advanced monitoring and site management across multiple locations.
• Experience leading and mentoring CRAs and clinical operations teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and clinical trial processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead internal CRA meetings and teleconferences, including preparation of meeting materials, presentation of agenda topics, and follow-up on action items.
• Partner with Sponsors during study-related meetings and contribute updates, documentation, and communication as needed.
• Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to CRA teams to ensure adherence to study timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a key point of contact for Sponsor communication, delivering project updates and study-related information.
• Support cross-functional collaboration by assisting with meeting agendas, documentation, and distribution of study communications.

Compensation for the Clinical Lead include:

• $130,000 - $165,000 annually
• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
