Piper Companies is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to support a growing client in the clinical research industry in the United States. The role is fully remote and ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background managing global Phase I-III studies, financial oversight, and CRO operations.

The role oversees trials from start-up to closeout, acts as the main sponsor liaison, and drives budget control and risk mitigation across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 4+ years of clinical trial management experience within a CRO environment.
• Experience overseeing Phase I-III studies, preferably large global trials.
• Experience participating in bid defenses and supporting business development management activities.
• Proven ability to manage financial oversight, study budgets, and project forecasting.

• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and experience overseeing Phase I-III studies, preferably large global trials.
• Experience participating in bid defenses and supporting business development management activities.
• Proven ability to manage financial oversight, study budgets, and project forecasting.

Compensation for the Clinical Project Manager include:

• $140,000 - $170,000 annually
