The ideal candidate holds a CSWE-accredited master's degree, active AZ licensure (LCSW/LMSW, LPC/LAC, or LMFT/LAMFT), 2+ years of clinical experience, and a current Arizona Fingerprint

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field from a CSWE-accredited or equivalent program.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Active Arizona licensure through AZBBHE (LCSW/LMSW, LPC/LAC, or LMFT/LAMFT).
• Valid government-issued identification.
• Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

This leader will collaborate closely with operational leadership and clinical teams to optimize integrated outpatient services while ensuring patients receive compassionate, high-quality, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and supervision to behavioral health clinicians.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve clinical workflows and service delivery.

Qualifications

Required:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field from a CSWE-accredited or equivalent accredited program.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Active Arizona licensure at the associate or independent level through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE), including one of the following:
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LMSW)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LAC)
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT/LAMFT)
• Valid government-issued identification.
• Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
