Crisp Regional Health Services seeks a Medical Technologist to perform clinical laboratory tests across multiple sections under the Manager, Clinical Laboratory. You will oversee sample procurement, preparation, and analysis in a quality-focused environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in the sciences (or completed medical technology program) with 2–4 years of related experience and a Medical Technologist certification from an approved agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical or biological sciences with 12 months of pertinent lab experience, or 135 quarter hours and 12-month medical tech study.
• Two to four years of related work experience or equivalent
• Medical Technologist certification from ASCP/AMT/NCS/AAB or approved agencies

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests in assigned sections.
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies, and procedures; prepare and report results.
• Oversee procurement, receipt, and preparation of samples and materials.
• Prepare reagents and stains; mount and screen slides for abnormalities.
• Classify cells per laboratory standards and maintain accurate records.
• Input data and report results to physicians and care staff; report critical results.
