Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Medical Technology or related field; ASCP eligible preferred.
• Pathways I-IV describe military or accredited training and certification eligibility.
• Experience in accredited labs is preferred; ideally over one year in the listed areas.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrating clinical competencies to perform and analyze laboratory tests/procedures.
• Preparing reagents, standards, and controls per procedures.
• Conducting timely test analysis and maintaining instruments through calibration and standardization.
• Researching and developing new procedures as assigned.
• Adhering to safety, hospital, department, and laboratory policies.
• Utilizing computer systems for daily operations.
• Training new staff and contributing to team efforts for quality and productivity.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
