Job summary

UNC Health Blue Ridge in North Carolina is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Specialist. You will provide technical direction to technologists and perform technical, administrative, and managerial functions under the lab director's supervision.

You will support and lead change in the laboratory, assist with personnel development, supervision, performance appraisal, and compliance, while delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring operational excellence across our 35 locations in Western NC.
