UNC Health Blue Ridge in Morganton is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the heart of patient experiences, coordinating care and ensuring clear communication throughout the treatment journey.

This full-time role comprises four 9-hour days, Monday through Friday, with hours from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and a rotating 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift. Generous assistance programs are available to staff.

THE POSITION

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Patient Care Coordinator, where you will be the heart of our patient experiences, ensuring seamless coordination and compassionate care throughout their treatment journey. As a pivotal link between patients and healthcare services, you'll facilitate effective communication, manage scheduling, and provide a supportive touchpoint, enhancing our commitment to exceptional care.
