Qualifications

• Assoc. degree in lab science or MLT required.

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal lab regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and highly complex lab tests per SOPs.
• Document quality control procedures and maintain equipment.
• Prepare reagents and assist with new equipment validation.
• Maintain inventory and ensure patient sample integrity.
• Work as part of a team and communicate findings clearly.
