Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Certification options include MLS or MT (ASCP/AMT).
• Non-certified routes allowed under VA policy for licensure eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced and complex lab procedures in hematology/coagulation and chemistry sections.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and contribute to quality control/assurance.
• Process samples, document results, and communicate critical values per SOPs.
• Work schedule Mon-Fri 10:30am-7:00pm with rotating weekends/holidays.
