• Master’s degree preferred.
• Three years in laboratory supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and directs all daily activities of the Clinical Laboratory.
• Manages the activities of the Laboratory Department and ensures compliance with hospital policies and mission values.
• Adheres to CLIA 88, GDHR, CAP and AABB regulations in Laboratory Medicine.
• Plans, organizes, coordinates varied operations and budgets, and develops staff.
