We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Clinical Laboratory Manager to lead operations across two high-volume ambulatory laboratory sites in Weymouth. In this role, you will provide day-to-day and strategic leadership for two outpatient laboratory locations, guiding a dedicated team of approximately 11 staff members across full-time, part-time, and per-diem roles. You will serve as the operational leader for both sites—empowering your teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless, high-quality lab services that support clinicians and patients across the ambulatory care continuum. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands‑on leader who enjoys building structure, coaching teams, and driving consistency across multiple sites while partnering closely with system-level laboratory leadership and specialty services, including the cancer center laboratory.
