Summary: Part-Time, Saturday and Sunday 9a-9p. Performs both inpatient and outpatient phlebotomy procedures and serves as a resource for troubleshooting and problem-solving of all specimen collection, processing, receiving, and distribution processes.
Required Education: High school diploma or GED
Recommended Education: Associate Degree
Required Work Experience: 2 years in a related field
Required Certifications: One of the following: Certified Medical Laboratory Assistant (CMLA), Nationally Certified Multi-Skilled Medical Laboratory Assistant (NCMSMLA), Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA), Phlebotomy Technician (PBT), Registered Medical Assistant.
