Responsibilities

• Maintains operation of assigned technical area(s) to ensure tests are performed in a timely manner.
• Performs routine and complex procedures using established procedures.
• Maintains technical proficiency in all procedures performed in the department.
• Ensures compliance with QA/QC directives; notifies director of issues.
• Performs maintenance and QC as defined; takes corrective action.
• Troubleshoots test and analyzer issues using standard methods.
• Maintains orderly work area; serves as a resource to personnel.
