Competenze

• Job-related accreditation and 4+ years of related experience in a CLIA certified lab.
• ASCP MT/MLS/MLT certification or equivalent recognized credential.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years or associate’s degree and 5 years in a CLIA certified lab (preferred).
• Experience with EMR and LIS systems.

• Performs waived and moderately complex laboratory tests and procedures.
• Utilizes the EMR and LIS for data entry and result reporting.
• Performs quality control, calibrations, verifications and proficiency testing per policies.
• Manages laboratory inventory and procurement with vendors.
