Qualifications

• Interpersonal communication skills required.
• Licensed as a CLS technologist by NYSDOH.
• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology or related field (biology/chemistry/physical sciences) per NYS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and complicated laboratory tests and procedures.
• Follows approved policies for methodologies and instrument operation.
• Maintains quality control, instrument maintenance, and calibration procedures.
• Documents results and ensures accuracy before reporting to EMR.
