Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technologist I, II, or III for a 6-month contract with a biotechnology client in Seattle, WA. The role processes biological samples and supports high-throughput sequencing workflows.

You will perform DNA extractions, PCR, operate sequencing instruments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Shift options include daytime and after-hours with a 15% differential for off-hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in medical technology or laboratory science; CLIA familiarity.
• Experience with high-complexity molecular methods preferred.
• Experience in high-throughput sequencing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs DNA extractions, PCR amplification, or high-throughput sequencing assays.
• Operates and maintains laboratory equipment such as DNA sequencers.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory agencies and Good Documentation Practices.
• Records data in a laboratory information management system (LIMS).
