Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Laboratory Technologist with a strong background in Hematology and Coagulation to support clinical trials and R&D activities. Responsibilities include validating instruments, training staff, and ensuring study protocols meet timelines.

The role involves coordinating with service operations, managing reagents and instruments, and assisting with documentation and study start-up activities.

Qualifications

• B.S. Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science or equivalent from an accredited four-year college or university.
• MT(ASCP) Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum five years experience in Hematology and Coagulation; experience with instrument validations and training lab staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in clinical trial design and execution and support R&D activities.
• Verify technical conditions prior to study start and ensure proper logistical setup for studies.
• Coordinate with service operations on reagents, instruments, specimens, and contract documents.
• Ensure protocol requirements are understood to meet study timelines.
• Work with NCRA for study follow-up and monitoring visits as defined by procedures.
• Maintain data traceability and centralization across study records.
• Support validation of new equipment and assist in study binder maintenance.
• Prepare clinical trial documentation from the site perspective and assist with product launches.
