• Maintains acceptable accuracy in patient, quality assurance, proficiency, and competency testing.
• Documents QA failures or trends and reports findings.
• Reports lab data accurately within established turnaround times.
• Operates and maintains laboratory instrumentation and supports test performance.
• Adheres to Wellstar safety standards and participates in performance improvements.
