Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Medical Technology or Medical Science, ASCP/AMT/AAB certification on hire, and at least 1 year of lab experience. Proficiency with Excel/Word and effective communication with the healthcare team are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Medical Science.
• ASCP Certification or AMT/AAB certification required upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year laboratory experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; strong communication with healthcare team.

Responsabilités

• Maintains accuracy in patient data, QA, proficiency testing and testing/QA reporting.
• Reports lab data accurately within turnaround times and interprets results.
• Maintains instrumentation and ensures compliance with safety standards.
• Participates in laboratory performance improvement initiatives.
