Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ASCP eligible program.
• Certification within 1 year for PA location (ASCP).
• Prefer 1–2 years of clinical lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and complex lab analyses with accuracy.
• Operates and maintains instrumentation; troubleshoots QC issues.
• Provides oversight and mentors staff and students in testing.
• Serves as consultant to clinicians and lab personnel; engages in continuing education.
