Formación

• Proficient in blood sample collection via venipuncture and capillary techniques.
• Experience using a Laboratory Information System to activate, order, and report results.
• Educates patients on proper specimen collection (urine, stool, sputum).
• Maintains accurate records and quality control for laboratory testing.

Responsabilidades

• Perform waived and moderately complex CLIA testing under supervision.
• Maintain temperature logs and routine maintenance records.
• Prepare specimens for transfer to reference labs and process STAT requests.
• Collaborate with staff to provide timely patient care.
