Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in bioscience or related field.
• Experience handling biological experiments or processing human blood specimens.
• Experience operating lab equipment (electrical or non-electrical).
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Willingness to handle hazardous substances.

Responsibilities

• Accession and process patient specimens following SOPs.
• Prepare reagents and assay plates for molecular protocols.
• Document study results in paper and LIMS with high accuracy.
• Sterilize materials and decontaminate to maintain a clean environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on lab instrumentation.
• Follow safety guidelines (CLIA/CAP) at all times.
• Track inventory and optimize workspace organization.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain cell cultures with incubator monitoring and media prep.
