Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in MLT science required.
• NAACLS-accredited MLT program or military equivalent required.
• ASCP or equivalent certification expected within 6 months of hire.
• 1 year of clinical lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of a Technician and report tests on patient specimens.
• Maintain quality control and calibration documentation 100% of the time.
• Follow PPE guidelines and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
• Assist with training new staff and prepare for inspections.
• Support proficiency testing and QA activities as assigned.
