Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Clinical Lab Assistant for a Livingston, NJ assignment. The role involves creating collection kits, logging temperatures, placing orders for general lab supplies, and stocking supplies. Samples will be accessioned using a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

The position is a 6-month contract with potential extensions and eventual conversion. The shift runs Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences and knowledge of lab equipment.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with professionals.
• Knowledge of Safety Standards and Good Lab Practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with genetics.
• Biology degree required.

Responsibilities

• Create collection kits and register temperatures.
