Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of acute care hospital lab experience (preferred)
• Team lead or supervisory experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist laboratory manager/director in day-to-day operations and staff management
• Coordinate staff scheduling, interviews, performance reviews, coaching and training
• Ensure policy, regulatory and quality assurance compliance across the department
• Lead process improvement and procedure revision to maintain quality
• Address employee relations and competency development and assessment
