Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking qualified laboratory professionals to organize and staff shift activities, ensuring accurate and timely lab services for neonates through geriatrics. You will coordinate tests and assist in maintaining high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Positions require appropriate degrees and ASCP certifications, with supervisory experience preferred for advancement. Color vision testing is mandatory to safely conduct duties within the lab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher as required by the specific role (702/705/696).
• ASCP certification where applicable (HT/HTL or laboratory technologist).
• Two years supervisory/management experience where stated in the job family.
• Must submit color vision acuity test for safe performance.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and staffs the laboratory work activities for each shift.
• Provides laboratory services to patients across neonate to geriatric populations.
• Coordinates clinical laboratory operations and ensures compliance with testing standards.
