Job summary

Parexel FSP is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Study Manager (CLSM) to join our team in Argentina. The CLSM will collaborate with Precision Medicine Strategy Lead, DM, SKDL, and CLPM to ensure quality samples and data for biomarker and non-biomarker evaluations, translating science into medical outcomes.

This role involves oversight of sample collection, tracking, central lab management, vendor coordination, and compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements, while supporting trial management

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of clinical research experience in CRO/pharma settings.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with sample management, data transfer, and laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee biosample process planning, storage, shipping, and data transfer.
• Coordinate with internal/external groups to manage bio-sample data and testing.
• Support biomarker and exploratory analyses through data coordination and documentation.
