Job summary

Parexel is seeking an experienced Programming Lead, Samples, Kits and Laboratory to advance precision medicine initiatives across global trials. You will drive biomarker sample management, kit logistics, and laboratory operations in collaboration with study teams, data management, and vendors.

The role requires 6+ years in clinical research, strong programming skills (Python, R, SQL), and deep data integrity focus within regulated environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or related field.
Minimum 6 years in clinical research or CRO/pharma/biotech settings.
Experience with FDA and local regulations and ICH-GCP.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with role-specific systems.
Fluent English, strong written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar languages; familiarity with APIs and Linux/Unix.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to execute precision medicine strategies across studies.
Act as SME for sample management, biomarker testing, and study operations.
Plan and oversee biomarker samples, kits, lab operations, logistics, and data.
