Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Precision Medicine Operations Lead / SKDL Programming Lead for a home-based role covering Spain and Poland. You will support cross-functional study teams, manage biosample workflows, and contribute to data-driven biomarker programs in a globally focused CRO environment.

The role requires strong programming, data management, and regulatory knowledge, with emphasis on English communication and collaboration across international sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of clinical research experience in CRO/pharma.
• Bachelor degree in life sciences or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ICH, GCP and FDA regulations applicable to trials.
• Experience with biomarker/sample management and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional study teams to deliver precision medicine strategy.
• Manage biosample planning, storage, shipping and data transfer.
• Forecast costs, budgeting, invoicing and reporting for study operations.
• Develop dashboards/tools for tracking biomarker data and samples.
