Job summary

Creative Testing Solutions is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Specialist (CLS) to perform routine high complexity testing under supervision in Tempe, AZ. You will ensure quality results, maintain records, and support the team with equipment maintenance and safety practices.

The role progresses to CLS levels III/IV with mentorship, troubleshooting complex issues, coordinating workflows, and assisting with staff development.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s or higher in Biology or Chemistry.
• CLIA high complexity testing competency.
• State licensure or certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine high complexity testing per SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records and confidentiality.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and couriers to ensure service quality.
• Assist with packing/shipping and inventory.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and complete maintenance checks.
• Provide guidance and training to newer staff when assigned.
