Responsibilities

• Follow operating procedures, perform complex testing and analysis of clinical specimens.
• Perform, review, and document quality control procedures with accuracy.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Prepare reagents required for laboratory testing.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting test performance.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies for daily operations.
• Ensure timely test processing and communicate concerns to management.
• Review and interpret patient results as needed.
