Job summary

HSHS St. Francis Litchfield is seeking a MLS/MLS to perform routine and complex tests in the medical laboratory, ensuring accurate and valid results. The role supports diagnosis and treatment with reporting of findings and operates under general supervision.

Location is Litchfield, IL with a full-time schedule, 40 hours per week on night shift and weekend rotation. A sign-on bonus of $20,000 is offered, with a pay range of $24.31–$36.47 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with NAACLS-accredited MLT program or equivalent.
• 60 credits with chemistry & biology plus military medical lab training or 3 years lab experience in an accredited lab in last 10 years.
• Physician Enterprise: Associates degree in Laboratory Sciences required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine to complex medical laboratory tests to provide data for diagnosis and treatment.
• Ensure validity and accuracy of test results and generate reports of findings.
• Work under supervision in a laboratory setting across major areas of the clinical lab.
