Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or MT/MLS registration or equivalent documentation.
• GA licensure or board certification as required for MT/MLS.
• Post-registration MT/MLS experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analytic: perform lab tests, quality control, calibrations, troubleshooting, and report results timely.
• Pre-analytic: receive orders, obtain specimens, ensure proper sample collection.
• Post-analytic: release results, communicate with reference labs, manage dispositions.
• Administrative: workload recording, inventory control, participate in meetings and training.
