• Analyze specimens, operate and maintain instruments, and run quality control.
• Provide timely, accurate results to support clinical decisions.
• Ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence in all procedures.
• Communicate critical values promptly to care teams.
• Assist in validation and documentation of new procedures and equipment.
