Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• One year NAACLS MT/CLS training program completed or in progress.
• Louisiana CLS license (CLS-G or CLS-S) with registry required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized chemical, microscopic and bacteriologic tests across core lab areas.
• Maintain quality control, instrument checks, and accurate daily records per policies.
• Ensure safety, infection control standards, and proper maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to deliver reliable results.
• Demonstrate productivity with appropriate prioritization and minimal errors.
