Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) with Super User/Analyst/Administrator LIS experience to support NIH in Bethesda, MD. Day shift with on-call rotations including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; non-routine shifts may be needed for LIS projects.

The role involves modifying LIS software, validating mappings, troubleshooting, CRIS upgrades, and coordinating interfaces with reference labs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science or equivalent.
• NAACLS-accredited CLS program completion.
• Minimum 2 years LIS experience at Super User/Analyst/Administrator level.

Responsibilities

• Modify and maintain LIS software; create/modify tests.
• Test and implement system modifications and mappings.
• Troubleshoot LIS issues; coordinate CRIS upgrades.
• Coordinate lab test changes with staff to update the website.
• Validate interfaces and monitor reference lab interfaces.
