A healthcare organization in Pear Ridge is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist I to perform routine laboratory procedures, operate lab instruments, and assist in developing new protocols. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in laboratory science or equivalent, and certification within the first year of hire. This is a PRN (as needed) position with a focus on maintaining quality control and ensuring competent patient care.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a laboratory science or equivalent training.
• Certification for MT, MLS, CLS, or MLT within 1 year of hire.
• Experience in clinical laboratory settings, including rotations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine laboratory procedures and testing of patient specimens.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Assist in the development of new procedures and protocols.
• Document critical laboratory values and maintain quality control.
