Qualifications

• Associate degree with 60 semester hours including medical laboratory components.
• Auth to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal lab regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and highly complex laboratory tests per SOPs.
• Document quality control procedures and maintain lab records.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment.
• Prepare reagents for testing.
• Ensure inventory levels for daily operations.
• Mentor new staff and participate in training as needed.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.
