Qualifications

• Associate degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology with required coursework.
• Professional knowledge of local, state, and federal laboratory regulations.
• Preferred bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsabilités

• Perform moderate and highly complex laboratory tests per SOPs.
• Quality control procedures, equipment maintenance, and documentation.
• Mentor new staff and support training.
• Maintain inventory, assist with new equipment validation, ensure safety and QA.
• Meet productivity and turnaround time expectations; work in a team.
