Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Generalist MT/MLS/ASCP/AMT certification options.
• KSAs: professional clinical laboratory science principles, QC/QA, data interpretation, informatics.
• One year of experience at next lower grade or 3 years of grad education or PhD.

Responsibilities

• Develops, performs, interprets, correlates, and validates laboratory procedures and results.
• Works across chemistry, microbiology, immunology, hematology, and immunohematology.
• Maintains and troubleshoots instrumentation; ensures quality control.
• Provides education to laboratory health care professionals and the public.
