Job summary

Main Line Health is hiring a Clinical Lab Scientist to join a cutting-edge interdisciplinary team at Lankenau Medical Center and Riddle Hospital. You will perform a variety of complex tests with the goal of detecting, diagnosing, and treating disease, supporting patient care across the community.

We offer tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 annually and a sign-on bonus of $5,000. Full- and part-time schedules, evenings and nights, and ample paid time off are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program or related field.
• MLT (ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform procedures in the laboratory according to the manual and SOPs.
• Accurately report test results and ensure quality control.
• Utilize laboratory computer systems and LIS to document findings.
