Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Louisiana State Board license as CLG or CLS and will support East Jefferson General Hospital's microbiology, serology, and blood banking workflows while upholding strict quality control standards.

Qualifications

• Clinical Lab Generalist licensed by Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners as CLG or CLS.
• Must be able to perform a variety of routine and specialized laboratory procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory testing of blood and body fluids.
• Ensure specimen integrity and proper labeling and storage.
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment; maintain quality controls.
