TalentBurst is seeking a Technical Lab - Medical Laboratory Scientist for an onsite 6-month contract in Clifton, NJ. The role runs 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm EST, with weekend rotations. The assignment starts 10/09/2026 and offers $40/hour.

Responsibilities include specimen handling, test analyses, reporting, QA/QC, and compliance with CLIA/HIPAA/OSHA guidelines. Requires BS in Medical Technology or equivalent and MT/MLT certification eligibility.

Competenze

BS in Medical Technology preferred; or BS/BA in Chemistry or Biology, or Associates degree in a Laboratory Science or Medical Technology, or MT/MLT qualification.
Foreign educated candidates must provide credential evaluation from IERF (International Education Research Foundation).
United States educated candidates must provide a detailed original transcript. A successful candidate should possess or be eligible for national certification as an MT/MLT from ASCP or AMT.

Mansioni

Follow laboratory procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting and maintaining patient test result records.
Maintain records showing proficiency testing samples are tested like patient specimens.
Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures per SOPs.
Review and release test results.
Follow CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines.
