Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex clinical laboratory tests according to established policies.
• Assess test results for accuracy and reliability.
• Carry out routine maintenance, calibration, and minor troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
• May perform blood specimen collection and train personnel and students.
• Demonstrate independent judgment and uphold professional education and certification requirements.
