Job summary

Samaritan is seeking a Lab Processor to support patient-facing and non-patient-facing laboratory operations. Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen processing, data entry, and coordination with referral sites. This is a full-time on-site role with a 10:00am–6:30pm schedule, Monday through Friday.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and certification steps for phlebotomy/CPR within stated timeframes. Hospital and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy education program preferred or equivalent experience.
• CPR for Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Specimen collection including venipuncture and capillary puncture.
• Processing and labeling of samples for testing.
• Data entry of test orders and verification.
• Courier/transport to clinical departments.
